Lingerie - Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie items (bra, bralette, panty, briefs, and any other personal hygiene item) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, so we encourage you to:

Why This Policy?

Tops, Yoga Shorts, and Yoga Pants - Returnable Items
Items such as tops (including camisoles, tank tops, t-shirts, etc.), yoga shorts, and yoga pants are returnable. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
Return Charges: Reverse pickup charge of INR 50 will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item.
Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we are here to assist you. To qualify for a return or exchange due to a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@sivola.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear unboxing video from the start to detect the issue.
Our team will assess the provided information, and if the product is deemed defective, we will offer a return or exchange as appropriate.
Status Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as 'delivered' by the carrier but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify the Shipping Address: Ensure the address provided during checkout is accurate.
- Contact the Carrier: Inquire about the delivery. They might have additional information or details about any delivery attempts made.
- Timeframe for Resolution: Wait for 1 business day after the package is marked 'delivered.' In some cases, there might be tracking errors or delays.
If you still haven’t received your package after following the above steps, please contact our customer service team at contact@sivola.in within 48 hours. We will work with you to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the case of a confirmed defective product and will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days of the approval of the return.
How to Hand Over the Parcel
- All items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
- Please make sure that the items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Kindly include the shipping label while returning the parcel.
